As behavioral healthcare leaders work to balance multiple priorities—for their organizations, their families and their own well-being—in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Learning Network is partnering with technology platform provider Gloo to gauge how executives are adapting to new norms and emerging needs.
The two organizations have launched the Weekly Director Poll, a digital survey that is part of the State of the Industry This Week initiative.
Organizational leaders, those with oversight responsibility for a site or program location, and those who provide clinical leadership to a team of direct care providers are encouraged to participate. The goal of the weekly survey is to provide industry leaders with insights on how their peers are responding to issues such as:
- Team/staff health
- Facility access and admissions
- Operations, revenue, and staffing
- Adoption of virtual and telehealth solutions
- Service delivery, client well-being, and engagement
- Future trends and needs
Data can be filtered by facility size, location and type, and the survey will also allow users to see how trends are emerging on a week-to-week basis.
