KNR Therapy, Forbes Behavioral Sciences Announce Merger

KNR Therapy, an applied behavior analysis therapy provider backed by Shields Capital, announced on Tuesday that it has merged with Forbes Behavioral Sciences.

As part of the deal, Forbes Behavioral Sciences owner Nicole Forbes, MS, BCBA, will become chief clinical officer for KNR, leading its overall clinical organization across the greater Tampa and Central Florida regions.

Led by founder and CEO Frank Bequer, KNR provides home-based ABA therapy to children across the Tampa area, using individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders, using a model that incorporates ongoing assessments and family participation. Based in Mount Dora, Florida, Forbes works with clients between the ages of 2 and 25.
