Proud Moments ABA Acquires Autism & Behavior Consulting Services

Autism & Behavior Consulting Services, a Nashville, Tennessee-based behavioral therapy services provider that specializes in treating children with autism spectrum disorders, has been acquired by Proud Moments ABA. The deal was announced in a news release by Generational Equity, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm that worked on behavior of Autism & Behavior Consulting Services.

The provider will join the Proud Moments portfolio, which includes 11 facilities in New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Nevada. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Proud Moments provides applied behavior analysis treatment for patients up to the age of 21, with services offered in its facilities as well as in homes and schools.
